To make this decoration you will need a board or piece of chipboard,  IOD
moulds , paper pulp, a piece of newspaper or paper (to make the outlet), glue, paint, wax
and something to decorate like: eggs, twigs, moss etc.

You will start with a plain piece of wood, MDF or any scrap surface you can use for the base of the sign. With a pencil, draw out the letters for spacing and placement of the appliques. Use paper clay and the Fleurish mould (815318), Moulding 1 (815325) and Baroque 4 (814809). She also did some decoupage work on the "O" to build out the bottom. This little ledge will be used for a nest to hold twigs and eggs...Use bits of regular paper

The next step is painting. Preferably several layers of paints in various colors. The more colors there are, the more the effect of aging looks more authentic...

Next, add layers of wax colors into the grooves of the appliques. She used the Prima Marketing Art Alchemy    Metallique Wax   Adding several layers of different colors of waxes will make the designs look more interesting or more vintage....
