This farmhouse buffet is absolutely adorable. The happy yellow color with the French Ceramics Decor Transfer™ is the perfect combo. She created this for a client and it went through some transitions until she got it just right. To see both versions, go here and here. Both are equally beautiful!

This next piece was an heirloom piece from Tracey’s mother and she gave it a beautiful new finish using a variety of Dixie Belle and redesign with prima® products. She shares her story and techniques right here on her blog.

This decorative plate was a class that Tracey taught at the Dixie Belle convention in February. She combined her love for checks and stripes into one project and then topped it off with Decor Moulds™ for a one of a kind look! The appliques are made from hot glue and then gussied up with paints and waxes…see what she did here.

My little 'Mid-Century Boho Belle!' Cleaned with White Lightning cleaner, sanded, painted the body with 'Plum Crazy' and both DB 'Metallic Copper' Base Coat and Top Coats...so shimmery! The top and sides are then stenciled in the Diamond Grunge 3D stencil from re•design with Prima. On the sides, you can see a peek of boho floral from the 'Passion Flower' transfer set!

The top drawer front is stained in Dixie Belle Paint Company Voo-Doo Gel Stain in Tobacco Road, then gold stenciled. The bottom drawers are blended DB chalk mineral paint colors in 'In the Navy' and 'Palmetto' 😍. I added a gold transfer from the Spring 2019 re•design with Prima collection, it is part of a set called 'Somewhere in France'...ooh la la! Last I added new knobs and a few rivets in the drawer corners.

Finished up this client piece, grateful for the opportunity my clients give me to express creative freedom. Her only request was color and the use of an elephant somewhere!

The colorful body is the result of blending various paint colors, and to add texture and sparkle i used stenciling with gold icing paste.

Table re·design with New Old Finds

Hello re·designers! Today, we are featuring a table makeover by Roz Robertson of New Old Finds and it’s stunning! She combined a few tools from our DIY collection that work perfectly together. It’s layering and design at it’s best! Her vision for pieces blows us away…

Here is the before., dark and dated. And it certainly lacks character. But Roz saw the potential and turned it into an amazing piece….

Here is the before., dark and dated. And it certainly lacks character. But Roz saw the potential and turned it into an amazing piece….

She gave the base a clean coat of paint using Fusion’s Cathedral Taupe Mineral Paint. The color lightens it up perfectly. Then Roz added some Decor Mould™ appliques, creating her own design using a few of them together. She used the Modeling Material which is an air dry clay that is smooth and easy to work with in the moulds. You can use direct to the mould or add a bit of corn starch for easy release. Supplies: 636432-Regal Filaments, 635732-In Bloom, 635749-In The Garden, 638320-Stick and Style Stencil Roll-Tea Rose Garden, 635190-Chalk Paste-Chalky White, 638290-Modeling Material, 635956-Never Ending Story Decor Transfer

Spruce up outdoor lighting using re·design!

Hello re·designers! Today, we have a fun way to jazz up your outdoor lighting using our DIY collection of tools and mediums. This is an easy way to update your entry, making it go from drab to fab. Here is what Denny did to the light in Temecula…

Here is what the light looked like before. It had a strange reddish color and parts had been aged from exposure to the weather. Anyone would have replaced it because it just looks worn out, but not Denny…

re·design Room Makeover featuring Sherri Martin

Hey re·designers! Ready for another amazing room makeover? Today’s guest is Sherri Martin and she transformed her bedroom into a cozy sanctuary filled with rustic and vintage charm. Her ideas are amazing but first let’s get to know Sherri…

My name is Sherri and I’m a #dogmom. This is Stanley my golden doodle when he was a pup. I have 3 married children who have given me 5 of the sweetest grands on earth who call me “ma’am!” ( They.melt.me .) I’m the co-owner of a shop called Front Room on 7th, which is in Southwest Ohio! I’m a creative (it’s in my DNA) and love to re-purpose vintage treasures. I’m also a furniture artist. Whimsy is what makes my heart race, but if painting something gray is what “sparks joy” for someone, I can respect that, but I’m wanting to add harlequin patterns while I work on it. ;) My bedroom had been on the “to do list” forever, but moms sometime take a backseat, and that’s okay. Winning the Redesign with Prima Facebook contest gave me the chance and motivation to turn my drab bedroom into a whimsical haven where I’ll look forward to reading and resting at the end of each day! So, it’s not a man cave... but it makes me smile! I did a Facebook live “unboxing” when the package came, it wasn’t hard to tell I was excited!

My first project was an old wardrobe! I used Wise Owl Paint’s new One Hour Enamel in the color “Bone” and applied the transfer with French writing that interprets to “There is only one true happiness, to love and be loved.” (LOVE that phrase!)

I knew I wanted this piece super whimsical. I painted it with various shades of green from Wise Owl Chalk Synthesis Paints, then blended, added checks, and applied the Fern Wood transfer. I love the new look!

I recently purchased vintage doilies from an Estate Sale, from a friend who had passed at age 93. She was a creative right up to the end of her beautiful life.I sewed doilies and attached them to a frame from an old lampshade. Then I attached random doilies into a rescued quilt a friend had given me. The wing on the wall was inspired by T racey Bellion of Tracey’s Fancy. Isn’t it gorgeous?

re·design the World featuring Stephanie of Rehab to Fab

Hey re·designers! Today, we have a fabulous project by Stephanie of Rehab to Fab and she shares her step by step process on how she accomplished this look on a vintage globe. Love her ideas using the Decor Moulds™, Transfers™,Dixie Belle paints and more on this project.

“Paint all things, re·design transfer all things!! That is the theme of 2019. I painted and “re·designed” a mannequin last month and it went viral. So when I saw this globe, I knew I wanted to do the same thing. This is the before shot of the globe…”

re·design Room Makeover with Gloria Bishop

Hello re·designers! Are you ready for another room makeover? Today, our special guest is Gloria Bishop. She did a re·design makeover in her bathroom to make it a bit more girly and shabby chic. She loves that style and wanted to make the space all hers! You are going to love all the special touches she added throughout the room, because her ideas are just wonderful. Let’s meet Gloria…

Hi to all you beautiful people. My name is Gloria. I’m the mother of two daughters and nanny to three grandchildren. I lived in Kentucky most of my married life until my husband of forty two years past away. I was quite active in the craft world for many years. I and a friend did numerous craft shows and at one time we ran a craft shop. When my husband got sick and then passed my interest in anything faded away. I recently relocated to Florida where the weather is beautiful most of the time. While on Fb one day I came across the most beautiful site I had ever seen. Re*design with Prima. My eyes was so fixed on the most gorgeous pieces I had ever seen!!! I couldn’t wait to see the next new project. Then along came the contest. I entered never dreaming I would be one of the five picked. My heart jumped for joy when I saw my name. My bathroom was plain and I wanted my girlie look. Here in the pictures you can see my dream come true thanks to the beautiful world of Prima. I’m so excited and when my friends come over I have to show them my new bathroom look. Many many thanks for all involved. I’m so grateful to all of you. Thanks to the many crafters who share their beautiful pieces on Fb. You have made me one happy person again!!! Here are some of the before photos of the bathroom. You can see some of those girly accessories already on display and they are pretty. Now she just needed to make the rest of the room match her style…

So she decided to add the Overflowing Love Decor Transfer™ (636890) to give it some personality and charm…doesn’t it look so sweet? Love that she added this to the door! And if you are wondering how it’s holding up, Gloria says it looks just as good as the day she applied it…it’s holding up perfectly!

The front of the tub also got a flowery update! Gloria added the Chatellerault Decor Transfer™ (632885) and it makes a beautiful statement when you walk into the room. And the addition of the teal and mint table and bath mat add the perfect pops of color to compliment the transfer.

Next up, the vanity! She painted the doors a pretty mint color with white on the base and white pulls on the doors. Then Gloria stenciled the top portions using the Delicate Fleur Scroll Silkscreen Stencil (632694) with Chalk Paste®. The delicate design matches the style of the room perfectly. Don’t you think?

The silkscreen stencils allow you to get clean images that have a lot of detail in the design. They add such a nice touch on the painted cabinetry and we love the use of them here by Gloria.
