I love the look and feel of primitive decor. It just so happens that fall is here!! I know it says how to create spooky pumpkins but you really could use these for the entire fall season!

For this project, I used 3D Stencil Fiber Paste, a foam pumpkin, and art alchemy waxes in firebird, rusty brown, and rusty red.

Adding Texture

The first step is to use a chip brush and add the 3D Stencil Fiber Paste on the pumpkin. I stippled and brushed the fiber paste onto the pumpkin. Then allowed it to dry for 24 hours.

Adding Colored Waxes

Once the fiber paste is dried, I painted the pumpkin with a dark brown paint. When the paint is dried, you will layer the waxes. After the waxes are dried they become permanent.
