How to Make Christmas Tags
If you’re like us, then you have been busy holiday shopping for all your loved ones and have lots of boxes piling up. Have you figured out what you are going to do with all those boxes you have lying around? We’ve got the perfect idea for them! All you’ll need is some paint/paste, your favorite holiday transfer, and cardboard.
This project is perfect for crafters of all ages and skill levels and as a bonus, it reuses old boxes! Use these tags as grist tags for presents or as ornaments for your tree or home.
This project is from Roz of New Old Finds

Cut out the shape of a tag from cardboard.

Paint them with your paint or chalk paste color of choice. We dry brushed Vintage Lace Chalk Paste #635213 to create a snowy effect. To create the dry brush effect, use a dry brush with very little product on it.

Once the tag is dry, simply rub on a Decor Transfer. There are so many designs to choose from! We used Classic Christmas #654962 but we have transfers in a huge selection of styles that there is sure to be one that compliments your wrapping paper or style perfectly!

Create a hole at the top and thread some twine or ribbon and there you have it, a quick and simple personalized Christmas tag!
