Industrial Deconstructed Chairs
Have you been following the “Deconstructed Furniture” trend growing in popularity over the recent years? This chair from Apple Blossom Way is an intriguing example of one way to interpret this look. The use of our Stick ‘N Style stencil certainly adds a lovely texture to upholstered areas.

Front, back, and seat are painted using Wise Owl Carbon, Weathervane, and Gray Linen.
Faux Raised Cheetah print using Saltwash and Re•Design with Prima leopard stencil roll. It was easy to apply on the vertical surfaces because it sticks. The small surfaces were a breeze with the flexible stencil.
The sides were upholstered in old coffee bean sacks, Suade leather and upholstery tacks for an industrial feel.
I left a little bit of the original burnt orange velvet & old cotton padding showing to give a deconstructed feel.
Framework was sanded and stained using Wise Owl, One Hour Enamel in Carbon.
