Royalty Rewards™ – Member Agreement

Effective Date: 08/01/2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Royalty Rewards™ loyalty program (the “Program”) offered by Redesign with Prima, a division of Prima Marketing Inc. (“Redesign with Prima,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

The Program is open to U.S. residents aged 16 years or older.
A valid email address and mailing address are required.
Limit one account per person and per email address.

2. Earning Points

Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases made through RedesignwithPrima.com (after discounts and before taxes/shipping).
Members may also earn:
- 250 points for submitting a qualifying Instagram or Facebook Reel featuring Redesign products (subject to approval).
- 250 points for referring a friend who makes a qualifying purchase using your referral code.
Redesign with Prima reserves the right to modify point-earning activities at any time.

3. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed in increments of 1,500 points for $10 store credit.
Store credit may be applied to eligible product purchases at RedesignwithPrima.com.
Store credit cannot be applied to gift cards, workshops, taxes, or shipping fees.
Partial redemptions below 1,500 points are not allowed.

4. Point Expiration and Account Status

Points expire 12 months after the last qualifying account activity (purchase, reward redemption, Reel submission, or referral).
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will forfeit all unused points.
Account activity resets the expiration timer.

5. Welcome Gift

The welcome gift is a one-time reward of 250 points provided after enrollment.

6. Referrals and Reels

Referred customers must use your referral code and complete a qualifying purchase.
Reel content must be public, contain visible use of Redesign with Prima products, and include appropriate tags/mentions.
We reserve the right to decline any content that does not meet brand standards.

7. Program Modifications and Termination

Redesign with Prima may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its features at any time with or without notice.
In the event of termination, unused points will expire unless otherwise stated.
If the Program is discontinued, a final 30-day redemption window may be provided.

8. Prohibited Conduct

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account if:

You misuse the Program (e.g., fraud, point farming, or duplicate accounts)
You violate these Terms
You attempt to sell, transfer, or manipulate points or rewards

9. Limitation of Liability

Redesign with Prima is not liable for:

Any delay in point posting or redemption
Loss of points due to user error, account inactivity, or technical issues
Third-party misuse of content submitted for Reels or referrals

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
